At Eat Well we know that restrictive diets don't work in the long term.  Quick fix weight loss diets may help you lose weight fast but most put the weight back on just as quickly.  We have an approach to weight loss that really does work but work gradually to help you change your eating habits for life.

How our weight loss programmes work:

In your initial consultation your nutritionist will look at the reasons you may be carrying excess weight. There may be physical reasons such as hormonal imbalances that are preventing weight loss. We recommend tests where appropriate. 

Your nutritionist will analyse your diet using a food diary to get a picture of what, when and how you eating and how this may be affecting your weight.

Your nutritionist will also look at issues related to emotional eating and how this impacts on your ability to change your diet.

Once your nutritionist has an idea of the best weight loss programme for you she will advise you on the first steps you need to take.  It may be that you only need to make small changes but if she feels you need ongoing support she may recommend follow up consultations or phone coaching.

We encourage to change slowly but surely so you hardly notice your diet change, you don't feel deprived and the changes become part of your every day life.
